Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Tradeship University when you use our site, courses, community or automation.

Profits, screenshots and testimonials on this site, in our ads and on our social media come from our own trading or from individual members. They are not typical, and we are not promising you will get the same results, or any results at all.
Most people who buy courses or trading tools never put in the time to use them properly. Your results depend on many things, including how much you start with, the risk settings you choose, market conditions, and how consistently you follow the plan. Trading is risky and you can lose money. If you are not comfortable with that, please do not buy.
2. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Tradeship U, LLC (“Tradeship University”, “we”, “us”). By visiting tradeshipuniversity.com, buying a membership, joining our community or using our copy trading automation (together, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclaimer.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts where you live. You are responsible for making sure that trading crypto and using our Services is legal in your country.
4. Memberships and payments
Memberships are sold through our payment processor, Whop. Prices, billing periods and what each tier includes are shown at checkout. Monthly memberships renew automatically until you cancel.
“Lifetime” access means access for the life of the specific program you bought, not your lifetime or ours. We may change, replace or discontinue programs at any time.
Refunds: all sales are final. See our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.
5. Not financial advice
Our Services are educational. Nothing we provide is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. See our Risk Disclaimer, which is part of these Terms.
6. Copy trading
If you connect a third-party exchange account, you authorize trades to be copied into that account. You stay in control of the account, your funds and your risk settings, and you can disconnect at any time. We never hold your funds. We are not responsible for exchange outages, failed or delayed orders, or any losses.
7. Your account and community rules
Keep your login private; memberships are for one person and may not be shared or resold. In our chats and community, be respectful, don’t spam or promote other services, and don’t share paid content outside the community. We may suspend or remove anyone who breaks these rules, without refund.
8. Our content
Courses, videos, alerts, strategies, branding and other content are owned by Tradeship University and are for your personal use only. You may not copy, record, resell or redistribute them without our written permission.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including any warranty of profit, accuracy or uninterrupted availability.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tradeship University and its owners, team and affiliates are not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Indemnity
You agree to cover any claims, losses or costs against us that come from your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept it.
