Refund Policy
Please read this carefully before you buy. All sales are final.

Profits, screenshots and testimonials on this site, in our ads and on our social media come from our own trading or from individual members. They are not typical, and we are not promising you will get the same results, or any results at all.
Most people who buy courses or trading tools never put in the time to use them properly. Your results depend on many things, including how much you start with, the risk settings you choose, market conditions, and how consistently you follow the plan. Trading is risky and you can lose money. If you are not comfortable with that, please do not buy.
2. Digital products, all sales final
Tradeship University memberships, courses, community access and the copy trading automation are digital products. You get access as soon as your payment goes through, so every sale is final. Once access is granted we do not offer refunds, exchanges or partial credits. By completing your purchase you agree that no refund will be issued.
Please make sure you understand exactly what each tier includes before you buy. If anything is unclear, ask us first.
3. No returns
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, there is nothing to return. Purchases are processed through Whop, our checkout provider, and Whop does not accept returns or enforce refunds on our behalf.
4. No exceptions
This policy applies to every purchase, including one-time memberships, monthly memberships, upgrades and payment plans. We do not make exceptions for unused access, a change of mind, trading losses, or not having time to go through the material.
5. No chargebacks
By purchasing, you agree not to open a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider. Disputing a valid charge breaks this agreement. If you open a chargeback, we may immediately remove your access to all of our products, community and automation, and we may take steps to recover the amount owed plus any fees.
6. Monthly memberships
Monthly memberships renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your Whop account, and you will keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling stops future charges. It does not refund past ones.
7. Payment plans
If you choose to pay in installments, you agree to make every scheduled payment in full. Once the first payment is made, the plan cannot be cancelled, whether or not you use the product.
Missed or failed payments may pause or remove your access, and we may take steps to collect the remaining balance.
8. Profit splits on BloFin
On the Essentials tier, profit from closed copied trades is split 50/50 automatically on BloFin. Profit split amounts are not refundable, and trading losses are never refunded, on any tier.
9. Technical issues
If you have trouble getting into a course, the community or the copy trader, email us at support@tradeshipuniversity.com. We will work with you until your access is working.
10. Agreement
