What we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Tradeship University, run by Tradeship U, LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you visit tradeshipuniversity.com or use our courses, community and copy trading automation, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our site or services, you agree to this policy.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. Your name, email, phone number and social handles, the answers you give in our application, messages you send us, and results or stories you share.
Purchase information. When you buy, Whop processes your payment. We receive your name, email and membership details, never your full card number.
Usage information. Pages you visit, device and browser type, IP address, approximate location and the site that sent you, collected automatically as you browse.
Cookies and tracking. Small files and pixels (including ad pixels such as Meta and TikTok) that keep the site working, measure our ads, and show you relevant content. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not work without them.
3. How we use your information
To run our services: give you access to what you bought, set up your copy trading, and answer support requests.
To contact you: call or text you after you apply, and send account, trade and product emails and marketing. You can opt out of marketing at any time.
To personalize and advertise: show you content and ads that match your interests.
To improve:study how the site is used, with website analytics tools.
To stay legal: meet legal obligations, prevent fraud and chargebacks, resolve disputes and enforce our terms.
With your permission, we may feature results or messages you send us as testimonials. You can ask us to remove yours at any time.
4. Exchange and copy trading data
We never take custody of your funds. If you connect an exchange account for copy trading, that connection runs through the exchange (BloFin) under its own privacy policy. We only see what is needed to run the copy trading.
5. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share it in these cases:
Service providers that help us run the business, such as Whop (payments and membership), our email and SMS providers, our website host (Webflow), analytics and advertising platforms. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
Legal reasons: if the law requires it, such as a subpoena, or if we believe in good faith that it is needed to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others.
Business transfers: if the business is merged, acquired or sold, your information may move with it. We will tell you if that happens.
6. Data security
We protect your information with encryption in transit, access limited to team members who need it, and trusted providers. We have a plan for responding to security incidents, and if a breach affects you we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your information while your membership is active and for as long as needed afterward for legal, tax and accounting purposes.
8. Your rights and choices
Access and correction: ask for a copy of your information or to fix it by emailing support@tradeshipuniversity.com.
Opt out: every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to any text.
Deletion: ask us to delete your information and we will, except what the law requires us to keep.
Do Not Track: our site does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals. You can still control cookies in your browser.
Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK), you may have more rights. We will respond within the time the law requires.
9. Children
Our services are for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we will delete it. Parents can contact us to request deletion.
10. International transfers
Your information may be stored and processed in the United States or other countries whose data laws differ from yours. By using our site or services, you agree to that transfer.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows the latest version, and we will give more notice for big changes.
